With a three-year global warranty, American Tourister will cover manufacturing defects, this does not include any damage caused by misuse such as transportation of unusual items or transport damage.
While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your product can be performed by any company, it requires an approved American Tourister service center for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.
The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product for a period of three years starting from the date this Product was purchased.
For warranty service at a Service Center, you will need the duly completed warranty certificate or original receipt of purchase.
Arzum Okka warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, provided herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product for a period of one year starting from the date the Product was purchased.
The receipt is required as proof of purchase as this will authenticate this product warranty.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse for a duration of one year. Kamiliant requires only an approved Kamiliant service center for warranty repairs.
Repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized Repair Agent will void this warranty. For warranty service at a Service Centre, you will need the duly completed warranty certificate or original receipt of purchase. If the product is not under warranty as determined by the authorized Repair Agent, any repairs agreed to or freight costs associated will be at the cost of the owner.
